For people in the know how does the 2010 version of the Colonels compare to the 2008 version?

 

In my opinion the 2008 Colonels would beat the 2010 Bluebirds so the comparison may give everyone some perspective.

If the 2008 Colonels would beat this years Birds then CC will by your 2010 champions. IMO this CC team has better speed then 2008 and is a better team. If the Colonels play like they are capable of they will be a hand full for HHS.

I think the 2010 team is better just because of their team speed. The 2008 team was much bigger and better at stopping the run (at least up the middle). Having seen both CC and Higlands play this year, it looks liken very even matchup.

If The 2010 CC is better then the 2008 then the birds are in trouble. The 2008 game was close untill HHS came up with a turnover and TD in the 4 QTR. IMO that 2008 HHS team would beat this years team by 2 TD. I think Dale and his staff do a great job of adjusting at halftime and is the difference maker in most games.

10 colonels better then 08 colonels....better question is 08' bluebirds better than '10 bluebirds...My opinion is CC is better this year while Highlands isn't as good as 08. If Highlands kicks to CC, i think CC can win.

IMO HHS 10 isn't as consistent as 08 but when they put their game together they're just as good and even better in some aspects.

2008 Christian County was a better throwing team, while this year relies more on speed. 2008 CC was more healthy too. Steve Lovelace has had to do a lot of shuffling in recent weeks because of the injury bug.

As long as Tandy and Hickey are healthy, the injury bug isn't an issue. If one of those guys go down, they have problems.
