And if you know Bill Roller, he is one you would want on your side in a bar room fight even today. When they played the police/fire charity football game a few years ago, he tried to volunteer at the fire department just so he could play in that game. And he wanted to play against his son!

I would reserve my VIP table up front. And if I was a betting man, I think they would both step into the ring tomorrow if it was set up.

Played with both of them. Roller was the toughest player I've ever seen.

This will never happen. Bill and Dave have been friends for over35 years. They both have equal respect for each other. They played on the semi-pro team together and has each others back on and off the field. These guys are tight , you know , like football brothers !!!! Both of these guys have shown what they are made of on the football field ,leave it alone , they have nothing to prove to each other, or anyone else . Also , if I was in a bar fight , I would want both of them on my side , against any six of the others.!!!

Just having a little fun with it and appreciate the info on their background together. They are both two tough you know whats.

They are both crazy! And GREAT human beings! Two of my favorite people on this planet. Men's men. I love seeing both of them when I do, and respect the h$ll outta both of them as a person, and when they got something to say about football, I listen! I wish I would've been able to see them play!

I would NOT however like to see them fight!

I think Dave still carry's a mouthpiece with him when he goes out. You just never know who you might meet!

I played semi-pro with them for several years. Roller was a better football player, IMO.

I don't know if Bill was the best I played with, but the best sure did shake when he was around.
