St. X not move the game? That's crazy talk. X and T are smart enough to not leave $100,000 on the table.

We all better remember Coach Glaser does some things a bit differently than most expect. He may think it's a great idea to have a home playoff game against Trinity, especially with the Graveyard being so close to the visitor side, even the dead can't see a game from that side!

Trinity would not make this a home game thats for sure, we need to pay the travel expenses for all the road games that will need to be played in the near future. With the new district allignment those four schools will probably have to travel allot to just get games.

Trinity's and St. X's future schedule will continue to be made up with Cincy and Indy teams. Better competition just makes them that much better. The gap will just continue to get wider.

I cannot believe that Glaser would have that power... I would have to believe that the X president and A.D. would be the voices of reason for this. Could you imagine the people that would get turned away and the traffic and security mess at either X or T if they tried to play a home game against the other?

Now back to the topic: I have two friends who are diehard T fans. One says he thinks it will be 63-3 and the other thinks it will go right down to the wire, and they are both dead serious. :p

63-3???? I don't think Coach J would run up the score like that.

I think you are confused. Ballard is not playing Male tonight.

Shammy, I believe I was not misunderstanding who play who, I just responded to the way I read the post.

Ballard is the best public in the state. I really like what the new coach is doing with the Bruin program. With that said, I think the only way Ballard can keep this game close is with some trickery. There talent on the offense should put some points on the board. I just don't see there defense stopping the Rocks offense. GO ROCKS! #20! Score: Trinity- 48 Ballard-20 in the last district game for these schools. here is some stats to ponder...

District Dominance!

The Shamrocks have won 46 straight games in district play and are 65-1 under Beatty in district games. Trinity’s last loss in district play came on Sept. 19, 2003, a 34-33 loss at Seneca.

• Trinity is 41-5 all-time against Ballard, having won 21 straight in the series. Beatty is 15-0 against Ballard.

• Trinity is 34-2 all-time against Eastern including a 12-0 mark under Beatty. Trinity has won 18 straight games in the series dating to 1994. The teams have met annually since 1987. The largest win in the series for the Shamrocks came on Oct. 17, 2001 in a 57-0 win.

• Trinity is 13-2 all-time against Seneca, including a 9-1 mark under Beatty. The Oct. 9, 2010 win tied for the second largest in series history at 49 points. The record is 52 set on Oct. 19, 2007 in a 55-3 win.

WOW! I'm pretty good at predicting games! I almost nailed it on the head... I thought we would block an extra point and didn't anticipate Trinity's defensive interception for a touchdown.
