Conrad's metldown in Game 3. Gonzalez's errors tonight. I was just thinking the same thing. More so than Gonzo's errors tonight I would say Cox's decision to leave Lowe in the game. Yes he had been good against Burrell that night but obviously he was trying to hard or just had nothing left. Good season for the Braves but should have been a lot better.
October 12, 201016 yr The Braves everyday players at the end of the season and into the playoffs were not very good, and I'm a Braves fan. Prado's injury really hurt the Braves as well as him, I suppose. We need some pop in our bats. What about McClouth---did he just have a bad year or is he not very good? I'd love to get a good SS and some decent outfielders. Lee, Cabrera, Glaus, maybe Diaz, are getting too old to pay them any kind of money. Also, maybe Gonzalez. The Braves fought gamely until the end with what was basically, IMO, the least talented team of the 8 in the tournament. I hope some moves are imminent.
