Somerset clinches the district championship with a win. The Cardinals played Somerset to a 9-0 game last season. Who wins?

Somerset will roll in this one.

Somerset 49-6.

Jumpers continue to take care of business!

I'm pretty sure we'll score more than the 9 points we scored last year!!!

Somerset 42 -7

There has been some bad blood between these programs over the last 3 decades. I know several people on the Somerset side are upset over an incident during a JV game at Wayne County a couple of weeks ago. I think the Briar Jumpers might bring a little bit extra for the Cardinals this week. I don't think Somerset takes it easy on Wayne. I'll take the Jumpers 62-6,

Can't see Wayne hanging in this one.

Also a reminder to all former Somerset football players, cheerleaders and band members: Friday's game is Alumni Night. Come early and tailgate with the other Briar Jumper Alumni. All former players, cheerleaders and band members get in free and there will be a tent set up just inside the gate where we will be tailgating. I hope to see a lot of old Briar Jumpers there!
