September 12, 201016 yr Chapman is much more effective when he comes in to start an inning. Shouldn't really matter when he comes in. He has to be able to come in at any time if he's going to have long term success in the majors.

But as of right now (as we try and drive a stake through the Cardinals' heart) I would much prefer that Dusty use him to start an inning.
