Final!

Congratulations to Ashland

Congratulations to the Tomcats. Belfry put up a fight.

Ashland won despite making several fumbles tonight.

Nice. How did the Tomcats look tonight?

Tomcats take a hard fought game from the Pirates

Has Belfry fallen on hard times this season? Or are they a young football team that needs experience?

Good win Tomcats. Got to get tougher on defense though. Tough games ahead!! Good luck next week!

According to Watusi in the prediction thread, they are a young team needing experience. They are tough and will be fine for the real season - district play.

Ashland's power I worked well when they used it. Sam Hunter had a big night - he accounted for 300 yards of offense (passing & rushing) and 4 TDs. Sam has taken the number 6 spot on the list of Tomcat all-time career passing yards - and he is just a junior. He will easily take the top spot if he stays healthy.

I just read where Ashlands sideline reporter was kicked out of the stadium by the officials? How does that happen? Was he yelling at the refs?

I understand he was questioning one of the ref's ability to form negative pressure with his mouth.

He came back after the game to do the post-game radio interviews, during which he said he deserved it. I believe him.

Ram,

Is Sideline Doc our "unofficial" sideline reporter?

Stay thirsty my friend.

Had to do it.
