7:30 PM, SAT, 8.28 @ HHS

Any ideas what kind of teams either of these schools will field? HHS has good participation (>40 on the roster) and they have been working hard all summer. There are some very talented athletes in this class. Hard to tell what to expect for any of them in their 1st HS action of any sort. Let's root for a good, competitive game with no injuries.

(P.S. Don't feed the troll and maybe the thread will stay open.)

This should be a great game! Highlands O line is huge and from what I hear they have some talent in the backfield and the defensive side of the ball too.

When Take #1 was locked, it sure killed this thread on BGP..........sad that things like that happen.

To quote St. X radio announcers, " Come up to Ft. Thomas tomorrow night to watch the Baby Bengal Tigers. It's good to beat Highlands anywhere since they think they are better than everyone else." Wow! Tell us what you really think.

I keep hearing about the size of Highlands' offensive line. Could anyone give names and sizes? Defensive line also.

Tyler Schweitzer 6'1 240 ??, Nick True 6'5 220 are the anchors on the strong side. They both started on last year's Frosh team as 8th graders.

Kendall Kramer 6-0 215

Scottie Turner 6-1 235

Tyler Schweitzer 6-0 215

Bryan Saunders 6-2 225

Kyle Thurston 6-2 235

Come on now, that's probably the high point of their careers.

Guess they, the Tiger announcers, have to have something to talk about. Should be a quality Freshman game. Lot's of playmakers on both sides of the ball for the Birds. This class has a ton of potential. Looking forward to watching them for the next 4 years.....starting tomorrow. Can't wait!! Go Birds!!
