Somerset big in this one.

Sounds like Somerset is loaded. So I'll have to say they'll win. But hopefully LC gives them a game.

I'm not going to say LC matches the Jumpers speed position by position, but this year's LC team has some speed of it's own. Line play for the Cats still concerns me.

Somerset controls it up front on both sides of the ball. 45 - 14.

Game time is getting closer. I think a couple of us are going to head over early to watch the first game. The Briar Jumpers are expecting to get Lynn Camp's best shot in this one. I think Somerset's defense will play well tonight to give their offense time to get going. I'll take the Briar Jumpers 35-7.

I like Somerset in a 21-6 game. It will take the offense sometime to get going this year with whole line to replace.

I think the Jumpers are a powerhouse program. I am concerned about the loss of their underrated offensive line. I think Southwestern could pull away with a against the Briar Jumpers and couple of upsets perhaps. D wins championships though and to your point that may be the ingredient that takes them back to the top.
