Why not go after the businesses that hire the illegal aliens? All I seem to hear is going after the illegals (which is fine) but if you cut off the money supply that entices them over the border, I guarantee that flood will become more of a trickle. :thumb:

From what I can tell, the only difference between the previous law & the new bill in regards to employers is that, under the new bill, the employer can establish an affirmative defense by claiming "entrapment."

 

Nonetheless, employers can (and will be) punished for intentionally hiring illegal aliens, under both the new & prior law.

Seems pretty useless, then...as a new law.

The new law gives Arizona the right to enforce the federal laws... Things they could not do before like deportation.. Before they had to turn them over to the Feds who simply did little or nothing at all..

The problem is this with the money they make.

 

Most of it goes back to MX to their families instead of being spent in USA. This hurts our econmy. Do I blame them, NO, do I like it NO. Make them legal so they can pay their share of taxes.

 

How do you feel about businesses like Toyota getting huge tax breaks from American cities and not having to pay taxes for many, many years, all the while sending money back to Japan?
