Justice is as good a kid as you will come across, and Catspause and KSR posters are just tearing him apart without even knowing the situation. Pitino has made Justice feel pretty confident that he is capable of playing at Louisville and that a scholarship will almost definitely be offered. Cal calls and asks him to decommitt from Louisville, but doesn't offer a scholarship... just tells him that there will be scholarships available this year. Justice wants confirmation that this isn't a probable one year situation and the UK fanbase goes nuts. Cal has made no committment to Justice, but things now appear to outsiders that Cal has shown interest but Justice has made demands and still prefers Louisville. If part of Cal's goal was to switch the negativity of not signing Mr. Basketball from himself to the player then goal accomplished... Unfortunately I believe that is what Cal wanted to happen.........

April 5, 201016 yr Unless they have some sort of agreement with Justice that he'll get a scholly if the higher targets fall through, wouldn't him getting a scholarship be the end of Josh Selby coming to UK?

I don't think so. Justice, whether by scholarship or walk-on, is more likely than not going to ride the pine his 4 years if he went to UK. He would provide zero threat to either Knight or Selby. JMO.

He would provide zero threat to either Knight or Selby. JMO. I wasn't really looking at it from that perspective. I'm confident Justice wouldn't scare either of those guys away. It just seems like UK wouldn't even bother with Justice if they were confident of getting Knight and Selby. But, Hangman is right...we're going to have plenty of roster spots available.
