Sorry, there are actions that cross lines and boundaries of societal norms. Maybe not the society you'd prefer to set up for us all, but the one we currently live in. Public nudity and public urination aren't acceptable. Disrespecting things like the flag and places like cemeteries and national historic landmarks and memories of loved ones generally just isn't acceptable behavior. Maybe one day you'll be lucky enough to change all that and create your own perfect society. Until then I guess your stuck living in this one.

Given that the "crime" was videotaped, if so inclined wouldn't the cops be able to pursue charges anyhow. It's not like you have to be caught in the act to be charged with an offense.

You need to google her and check out the images. This video was a one-take thing, no makeup, no dollying, no frills. Few women look spectacular without some touching up in makeup. To compare her to Sandra Bernhardt, who looks like a jackyl on her best day, is nuts.
