March 31, 201016 yr Inspired by Matt & Kim's "Lessons Learned" video where the group undresses in Times Square, Badu disrobes as she walks down a busy street midday. The passersby aren't video extras, but real life unassuming pedestrians who mainly ignore her, save for a man who picks up some of her clothes, and a woman who stares at her while holding the hand of a toddler boy. By the time Badu reaches the infamous grassy knoll where Kennedy was killed, she is completely nude. A gunshot is heard, her head cocks back, and her limp body falls to the ground. The words "group think" bleed from her head in blue ink. What are your thoughts on this? P.S. The video can be found on her website.

March 31, 201016 yr What was the point of her doing the video in Dealey Plaza? I'm sure it's intended to have some deep, spiritual, thought-provoking point to it , but basically it's just nudity for the sake of generating some PR and selling some records.

March 31, 201016 yr Lot's of messages in this Vid. I think you underestimate the artist. Not possible. I never heard of her. I haven't - nor will I - see the video. But I find it rather difficult to believe that her message could not somehow have been made without walking nude in front of children and (IMO, of course) disrespecting the spot where our president was killed.
