The first time in school history the Lady Bearcats have won the 32 district title! Congratulations to all of these fine young ladies and the coaching staff!:dancingpa

From an SK Lady's Fan I say congrats WV. What a great game. Could have only been better if it was a dbl header so we could have seen the Boone - Ryle game with it.

From the end....notice Dixon celebrating the horn sounding as SK player goes up with late shot. Seemed to be small conflict on good vs late shot.

Played hard for 32 minutes and hit a very big 3, plus her drive and dish late was a really nice play. Brown, Ponzer and Wainscott are iron men(women) out there. Great game and good luck to the lady pioneers in the regionals.

32nd reps look awfully strong for the region - W-V seems to be really hitting their stride, and I wouldn't want to be the unlucky district champ who has to play SK in round 1 on their home floor!!

 

But this whole regional tourney promises to be one buzzer-beating, head-turning, heart-breaking, nail-scratcher of a tournament!!!! :banana::banana:

Odd question Ebrown but when you see the size she battled on defense all night and the minutes of play I think she did a very admirable job.
