Lady Royals end the game on a 22-7 run.

Keller Menke 14 pts and 19 rebs.

What a turnaround in 2010. Congratulations to the Lady Royals and coaching staff.:thumb:

What excuse you gonna use this time St. Pat?? Last time it was everything in the book: the referees, the janitors, the concession stand workers, especially the "Clock Keeper" haha. Mason County won the game fair and square :thumb:. Don't even start with the finger pointing this time.

Boy the Igloo sure isn't kind to the Lady Saints. Maybe they should get Orme back!!

Just got back from the game.

First off Congrats to the Mason Co Lady Royals and their entire coaching staff, they had St. Patrick well scouted to a tee.

A few notes St Patrick 4/17 at the free throw line.

St Patrick had a 33-24 lead with around 3:30 3rd quarter and a chance to take 2 free throws after the T Foul on the bench and miss both.

My question is why didn't Saint Patrick go to Anne Klee more?

Give Coach Butcher and his staff credit they had an outstanding game plan. Mason Co made a huge ran after trailing by 9 points and responded. Congrats to the Lady Royals good luck Thursday!

Also what a game by Keller Menke 14 points and 19 rebounds!!

We will see when Mason beats Bracken. Who will you blame????

Mason Co also got great bench play went 9 or 10 deep where Saint Patrick just went 6 deep. The Lady Saints where very tired in the 4th quarter and you could tell.

Also Bailey Menke had a huge 3rd quarter with something like 8 straight points!

St. Pat has nothing else to blame for this game except for the 4-17 from the FT line. They should have went to Klee where they had a obvious advantage but St Pat is very much guard oriented. The last word on this game is that I have received alot of greif from St Pat fans for Mason's and Coach Buser not playing any bench in years past. Let me tell you that Coach Douglas would never sub from her first five if it was not for foul trouble. Just remember, the first five is always the best. Congradulations, Lady Royals!!!!!:dancingpa

Congrats Ladys,Not many people besides Royal Nation give u much of a chance in this one and you got it done,Way to go...Congrats to the Lady Saints on a fine season..On to Bracken and hopefully a District title Thursday...

The Mason County Lady Royals rallied from a nine-point third quarter deficit to beat the St. Patrick Lady Saints 46-40 tonight in the semifinals of the 39th District Tournament at Bracken County. After trailing by four at the half, St. Patrick led 33-24 in the final minute of the third quarter. But the Lady Royals ended the game on a 22-7 run to advance to the district championship and next week's regional tournament. Keller Menke had a double-double for Mason County with 14 points and 19 rebounds. Bailey Menke also scored 14 points.

Definitely wasn't the referees. And you weren't keeping the clock this time, so it couldn't be you, either.

Congratulations to Mason, good luck in the rest of your season.
