This would be based on games played by all the teams within the last week

before the tournament, but any of the top 8 have a chance to get to Region finals.

You know what's funny. I'm not sure about Montogmery or GRC. But every other team on the list loses some very key players to graduation. This region may be extremely competitive next year, but the talent level may also decrease.
