Congrats Royals, big win. Any word on why Wilson of Christian Co didn't play?

Always got to be a reason.

Congrats to Mason Co best win this season. Christian County was 9-0. GS they didn't say on the radio.

Great win for the Royals this evening in the AIT. As is often the case, defense and discipline wins out over streetball. I'll give CC credit; they outhustled the Royals for much of the second half and got close after Mason County's big start, but a huge defensive stop at the end of the game sealed the deal.

Stat of the game - 15 assists for Mason, 7 for Christian.

Mustang, good to see you again.:thumb:

PS. After watching this game, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that maybe - just maybe - my friend sumo, who has watched a couple thousand games from the catbird seat - maybe he was onto something last week.:D

PPS. Royals' defense is almost ALWAYS underrated. Held CC, who scores close to 80 a game and had been held under 70 just once on the season, to 50.

Good win for the Royals. Justin Lang hit some big free throws down the stretch. Gilbert was a big factor in this win. Great job against Christian County pressure. Watch out for the Royals come tourney time. When they get Pawsat and Harris back, they will be a much stronger team.

Congrats to the Royals on a big win.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from CC in this game. We all know what they returned from last year and they came in to this game 9-0 but they hadn't really played anyone to this point to prove themselves.

I guess this game shows that Mason is going to be competitive with just about anyone and if they're taken lightly, they will surprise a few people this year.

Looking forward to making the trip to Maysville Saturday night to see the Royals in person.
