Is it me or does it seem odd for a head coach to visit players that are already commited to his program one week before national signing day ? I would think the head coach would be more interested in getting the best recruits that are not commited yet , to join the ND program.

 

I'm not a coach , and coach BK absolutely is one of the best coaches in college football today , so I'll just say in closing that the visits from coach BK made the day special for the two deserving recruits of Collinsworth and Nichols . Congrats again , you represent KY well !!!!

 

Let's see ... Nichols was committed to Stanford, right? And now he isn't. Committments change. In fact, you can probably find news in the paper every day about players changing committments. Until you have that LOI signed, you better keep recruiting.

Like I said...read the paper. Every day there are stories about committments being changed. There was one in the Enquirer about a player in Cincinnati changing from UC to Michigan. Plus, wouldn't you expect Stanford to be talking with Nichols to try and get him back? All the more reason for BK to visit.
