December 3, 200916 yr The thing that would concern me is who he brings with him? It has to be coaches from several different programs, unless he keeps some Card coaches. This is a problem for any OC/DC who gets a head coaching job. Charlie has to find an OC and a good one. Also if they hire a HC from a program they are taking him away from his kids he recruited, at least thats what everyone told me about Coach Saban. Funny how that comes around. So then you look at TT and Phat Phil. Where do they find their coaches? I still think they need to go the offensive route. UF offensive staff has been ridiculed by their fans....
December 3, 200916 yr ^^Then the fans will be the cause of the programs lack of success. If they don't give whoever the new guy is a chance they'll never succeed.

I would like to see U of L succeed. I like the fact that when they're good that they schedule good out of conference teams. I also would like for potential UK wins in the rivalry will mean something because it comes against a quality opponent. I've rooted for U of L when they weren't playing UK in the past.
