November 29, 200916 yr BTW, for those who are trying to sell me on how great Newton has been playing, this game has done nothing to stem my feelings on him. He's 10/20 for 69 yards (a whopping 3.5 per attempt) and has 9 yards on rushing on 5 attempts. I recognize sacks are factored into that. So like I've said before, basically his job is to hand it off and get out of the way. When they needed a play from him, he couldn't get the edge.
