JH did have a weak schedule but they also had the largest margin of victory by anyone in 5A. JH has not been challenged until Oldham County came to town and after some adjustments by the coaching staff, JH pretty much took care of business. BY all means JH will have their hands full but they can match BG's play and come out on top...no doubt this will be a good game to see.

The purple's win close and stay at home for state!!

JH wins this 28 to 21.

I thinks it's John Hardin's year to advance. Nothing against BG, but JH seems to be the better team. JH 35-28.

I'm rooting for John Hardin. I want Highlands to play an "undefeated" team in the final game. Two undefeated teams battling for the state title...sounds like good copy! Though, the 'Purps' defending their home turf against the nationally ranked Birds is a good story, too! (especially when you factor in "payback" for '07). Either way you look at it, Both teams have had great seasons. But it's going to be HHS with title 19 this year! (just stirring the pot!)

Bowling Green 15-14.

John Hardin in a close game. Mark Brown will advance to another state title game. JH runs the wing t better than any program in the state(Coach Brown won the 1996 state 4A state title with Nelson County running the wing t.) Bowling Green has an awesome team and the Warren Central loss was a very close game. Also there is rumor that Coach Brown is going to retire so that might be extra motivation for JH. John Hardin 28 to 21.

John Hardin by 7 in one of the best matchups of the semifinals.

BG will take the "W". I think it will be a tight game...I hope not too tight because I don't think my heart can handle it LOL....

 

GO PURPLES....win this one and it is off to state where I think you can take the "W" there also!!!!!
