Anderson is very good....but the rest of Cincy is WAAAAAYYYY down this year.

Not sure I agree considering Elder is also a Top 25 team in the nation, along with Anderson and St X was a Top 20 team in the nation in a couple of other polls earlier in the yr.. Not too many metropolitan areas can boast anything close to that..

Not real familiar with the way the Massey system works but does it give points for the history of a program? If this is the case then a one year wonder or a one every ten years wonder like the Bellevue Team is going to be harder for the system to pick. Does anyone know?

Today...none of those teams are ranked anywhere near the top 25. The only Ohio teams I can find ranked anywhere are in RivalsHigh Top 100 and they are Cleveland Glenville, Dublin Coffman, Anderson and St. Xavier at #99. And in two or three weeks, they will fall out as well.

 

Trust me...Ohio was WAAAAAYYYYYY down this year.

IMO, it's been Trinity and St X for so long that until someone actually knocks them off other than themselves, they'll always think they're superior, which, as years past would indicate, they have been. I think they'll take SK serious, because they're a quality team and they can't just show up and win, but, that could be a bad thing, as well, because if they're hyped and playing up to there potential, it could be a long night for SK. If St X plays well and still struggles, but, manages to win, I think they'll have there respect, but, that won't be enough to convince them that SKs in there league yet.
