I was told earlier in the week that UNC was "terrible". What does that make Miami???

UNC is always a threat with Davis at coach. He brings in some really nice athletes. Do they put it together always.. no. But there dangerous each Saturday.

I spent some time yesterday telling one of my friends who is a Miami fan that the U is not back. They are better, much improved, but for the U to be back, that means on a national scale. A lot of their early season success is suspect. We've been over a few of those, but the win over Georgia Tech is really the only one that carries any weight anymore. Honest to goodness, this team should have two more losses. FSU should've beaten them, as should have Wake Forest.

I don't know what to think about Miami. They are so fast on both sides of the ball, they just can't get it together.

Butch Davis is just waiting to win the ACC and then he will leave for greener pastures, I think he is a very good recruiter/college coach.

It was a bad loss for Miami. Like I said, they are a good team, but obviously not title contender caliber. It's fine, young team that should learn from it's mistakes. I like our future over UC's, especially with ND continuing to lose, so I'll return the favor sometime.

I think they are also really inconsistent. They have talent they just do not put it together every saturday, IMO.

They are terrible. I haven't watched the game as I just got in from a Wedding, but unless something dramatic has happened, they aren't a good team, IMO. They have a very good coach and some talent, but they should be no problem for a top 15 team.

I think it says that they do not have a truly elite team. The Big East does, but that doesn't make it a better conference.

So there isn't an elite team at the top, and in the middle and bottom they have 2 teams that lost to 1AA teams. They also have a "terrible" team that beat 2 of the top 3. Continue.

Isn't that what an opinion is? You say what you believe is true? But, if it disagrees with you then it must be wrong and also coming from a "know-it-all state of mind". In my opinion UNC is a garbage team to be a BCS school. How would you think of them if they didn't reinforce your argument? In my opinion the ACC is a better conference than the Big East. Both conferences have some awful teams, but with a larger BCS conference you are going to run into a better schedule quality-wise than the Big East IMO. Not many statements have came back to bite me, IMO. I don't look at it that way. When I'm wrong I can accept it and willingly do so.
