According to the update thread the score was 55-22 at the end of the 3rd. 47 points scored in the 4th?!

That would be Waggener. Waggener actually led 62-41 early in the 2nd half, only to see Pulaski score 27 straight to go up 68-61. Waggener ran the ensuing kickoff back to tie the game at 68. Pulaski then scored again to go up 75-68. Waggener drove down inside the Pulaski 20 in the final minute and was victimized by a pick-6, ending the game.
