November 4, 200916 yr There was a lot of talk about him over the past couple of years...a lot of people questioning how he would perform in the NBA. I know its very early, but he has looked really good. 22 ppg 5.3 apg (3.3 TO) 4 rpg 1.7 spg 48.1% FG (50% 3 Pt) 70% FT Not bad for a Euro-league bench warmer.
November 4, 200916 yr Jennings is a very talented guard. Assist to turnover ratio needs to improve a bit, but he's performed a lot better than I thought. Weak rookie class, anyone see him maybe sneaking into some R.O.Y. talk?

November 4, 200916 yr I hate to say it but I am impressed. Looks like a lot of us were wrong me included.
November 4, 200916 yr Author Not that I know of. I guess he probably is the front-runner so far.:thumb: I don't know. I haven't kept up with it to be honest. Just happened to be browsing through ESPN's web site and saw something about Jennings. His numbers, albeit through only three games, are very impressive for a rookie PG. I'm just guessing no other rookie is doing any better. It is early though...we'll have to wait and see how he performs over the long haul, especially after teams get to scout and adjust how they defend and attack him. But, I'm definitely impressed by his early production. If nothing else, it validates all the talk about how talented he is and how much potential he has.

I haven't really paid enough attention to be able to make a good judgment. Great numbers from him though.:thumb:

November 4, 200916 yr This guy is going to be a star. I'm in the 7th year of a fantasy basketball keeper league I play with 12 friends (I'm coming of back, to back to back titles due to me drafting Chris Paul his rookie year) and I took Brandon Jennings very early. The only person who went before him was Blake Griffen. I expect him to have a big year and win rookie of the year. The coach seems willing to give him major minutes and he doesn't have much pg competition as Luke Ridnour is his competition. I think going to Europe helped him mature and I see him getting about 8 assists and maybe even 2 steals a game.

November 13, 200916 yr Atleast early on it appears that it will come down to Tyreke Evans and Brandon Jennings. Don't forget Jennings was a big time player out of high school.
