October 29, 200916 yr And for the record, I don't think he could have made a worse choice. MSU runs some very complex sets on both ends of the floor, and Payne is much better suited, IMO, to a more free flowing system where his athleticism would be better utilized...

It was confirmed to me last night at like 12:55 a.m. or something. I posted that in the other thread and put an article on my "little blog" at about 1:30 a.m. this morning. Dustin has been working very hard at communicating directly with Payne's coach and he confirmed it for sure today. About 2 hours later, Scout.com announced it.
