Isn't this pretty clear at this point in the season? I could see an argument about Boone over Holmes but I think Boone would win that game if they played each other.

Thats how I'd have them, but, I don't have as much insight on the teams as most in the NKy area...

Man, three years ago I would have never imagined SK convincingly ranked above Ryle, Conner, Boone, Beechwood, or anyone else for that fact.

That is definitely going to be an interesting battle. Two teams on similar paths. Struggling early against tough big school schedules, improving week by week and marching through their district games to get to this week. NCC will be another tough size matchup for Beechwood. Can the Tigers build on the solid work they did against Bellevue's huge line? Or will Kelly follow the big boys up and down the field and keep the ball away from Beechwood's explosive offense?

If Beechwood's QB can find his accuracy it could be a very, very good game. If he can't, then it will be tough, as NewCath has improved against the run since the Ryle debacle.

He has been getting better in recent weeks and has made some of his better throws of the season. But there is still quite a bit of room for improvement in the accuracy area. He also needs to read the defense instead of locking in on his primary receiver and throwing it there regardless of how good the coverage. Against Bellevue there was a pass play (yes, even in the muck there were a few passes attempted) where he tried to force a pass to his well covered primary receiver and 10 yards further downfield was another receiver running uncovered. Better reads and decision making need to be improved as well as accuracy. But, wow, can he run with the ball.
