I commend C for their ambitious schedule. Agree with an earlier poster about 'challenges' and striving for improvement. Good for them.

 

With that being said, I think this C squad is different from there recent predecessors. Appear to me (IMVHO) not to have the same character -makeup -chemistry.

 

I could be wrong but at this stage - do not believe they will be there in Early December to defend their title.

Common Central opponents in '08 and '09. Manual won 45-28 this year and 34-28 last year; and Male won 47-35 this year and Central won 23-10 last year. Also lost to St. X 36-13 last year.

 

Central had a strange regular season last year; two open dates and an "administrative forfeit", according to the scoreboard.

If it rains the way they are predicting it will be a low scoring game on a natural grass field. I hope the Tigers just get the W and everyone is healthy for next week.
