Guy who had the picture I saw said off of Rt. 7. Kinda vague, but puts you in the right direction.

I was just wondering. Rt 7 covers a pretty good area, but like you said it gives a you a good idea of which part of the county it came from.

That is a great deer, definately a trophy buck and congrats to the hunter who took this animal.

I am not into trophy hunting so I really consider any deer (especially taken with a bow) taken legally a trophy but that buck is a true trophy in anyones book.

That is an awesome buck with a bow, congrats to the hunter that took this buck!

My little brother showed up at my work tonight with a nice 9 point he took this evening. Granted, it's nowhere near as big as the monster pictured above, but still a nice early season deer.

By the way for all those in the Boyd/Greenup area, there is a young man by the name of Joey Archer who is on staff at Borders Sporting Goods. He is a graduate of the Taxidermy School in PA. He has opened a shop in the old grocery store at Border's. I suggest you stop by and check out his work. I saw a buck he did last year from WV and it looked pretty good.

This buck was taken by Jesse Kegley on Rt. 7 by the Tennessee gas plant. Believe it was his girlfriends uncles' land, and this was the first time he hunted it.:taz:
