September 12, 200917 yr Why do we have replay when refs don't follow the actual rules of the replay system, and end up getting the call wrong. Not only was that inconclusive, but from that one angle you can tell he never did step out of bounds. WOW!

But I'm sure they saw more than we did. They wouldn't have overturned it on those two angles alone. I'm sure they have the ability to zoom in.
