September 11, 200917 yr Sorry...gotta pull for Denver on this one....Elvis Dumervil plays for them. Elvis is the best player on that team...would like to see Woodyard get some more PT at LB in this one
September 11, 200917 yr A must win for Cincy, and Denver is a team they should beat. Cincinnati 28 Denver 17  Don't the "Must Win" games for most teams happen later in the season? Funny how the first game for the Bengals is a "Must Win". I agree, they have to get off to a good start, but just found it amusing that the first game can have a huge impact on the rest of the season.
September 11, 200917 yr I'll take Cincy. Wouldn't put a dime on it though. I have a question are you still a Bengals fan? Or have you moved over to another team. It seems like usually anything you say about the team and its players are bad and negative. So I guessing you still will be against them if they do have a good year then?

Long time Mike Brown hater. The man has ruined the franchise and his old man's legacy.
September 11, 200917 yr I want to add, this weekend I will be rooting for the Bengals to win as I do every weekend. I had season tickets for quite a few years. I watched the team win 10 home games on their way to a Super Bowl. I've been to the mountain with this team. But that was many many years ago. My 19 year old son couldn't care less about them. Why? The franchise has lost his generation. You can't be as abysmal as this franchise has been and expect people to follow blindly. I understand going for the "atmosphere". Yea it's fun. But most haven't experienced the real fun of watching a playoff caliber team. Watching "The November to Remember." Playing on the big stage. This is what has been taken from us. This is an experience a whole generation of fans has missed. It is sad indeed. And it falls on one man's shoulders. Mike Brown. So am I fan? I will watch. I hope they win. I will not be surprised or saddened when they lose. I will not hold false hope that all of a sudden they will become the Patriots or Steelers. I will speak in realities when discussing them. And to some that seems negative. Am I a fan? I always will be.

Mostly everyone back up there in that area where I am from, and when I got down to UK it seemed like most people I met ended up being Bengal fans to. I think the team still has many people who like them, just sometimes there is not to much to be excited about so you don't hear from those people.
September 13, 200917 yr I love all of the picks that have the Bengals in the 20s or 30s for points. Some just don't get it:lol::lol::lol:
