The way I look at it is, learn to play defense or be embarassed. The object of the game is to stop the other team. If I am a coach, obviously I won't keep the starters in the game if it is out of hand. However, I will play kids that bust their hump all week long. These kids deserve a chance to play and can't help if if they are that much better. Nobody wants to embarass kids but how can we also deprive kids the right to do what they have worked hart at doing?

If I have a young QB and my style is passing, Im gonna pass the ball when he goes in whether or not we are up 50 or 60. It's not my fault the other team can't hang. If they don't like it, they can drop my team from the schedule.[/QUOT

I agree with your statement 100% but its the on-side kicking in the 1st quater that makes it look bad.
