Is there a better show on television these days than Operation Repo? This is the greatest show in the land, IMO :lol:

Ever noticed that no one's faces are blurred, even though they're doing incredibly stupid (and often illegal) things?

 

They are real repo men, with real jobs, but the stuff on the TV show is definitely staged.

I thought that the fact that it was fake was fairly obvious.

Sorta reminds me of a Dog the Bounty Hunter knock off.. I never knew for a fact it was fake but always thought so haha. still good entertainment.

If you watch the beginning of the show there is a disclaimer that says it's "based on real events." It goes away very fast, so if you've got DVR, try to pause it during the disclaimer and read it.

 

On top of that. I have seen conversations with Matt (the big Stone Cold Steve Austin looking guy) where he said the repos were re-enacted.

 

To top it off, the same people from Operation Repo are working on making a movie along the same lines as the show.

My wife and I watch it all the time.

I worked at a repo place for over a year. Pretty interesting stuff happens there.
