September 8, 200917 yr I really need to get back to the gym. I was down to 210 now back up to about 216. I started slacking since school started.
September 8, 200917 yr I've made it to the gym but I've been slacking, between school, work and the gf I've been about half of what I was going early on in the summer. Hopinng to start doin P90X at home on days that I can't make it to the gym.
