July 14, 200917 yr ^ Not a fan of them adding to the book Me either, but still it cant be that bad if JK said it made the movie more "interesting".
July 14, 200917 yr Author ^ Not a fan of them adding to the book I'm not either, but I suppose this could be them "moving the timeline around" for Deathly Hallows. I believe at the beginning of DH, they get a letter at the wedding reception at The Burrow saying Scrimgouer (sp?) is dead and that death eaters are on the way. Maybe this is them putting a piece of DH into HBP? IDK, that's probably a stretch.

However, I believe in POA, they added that cool, little reggae talking head guy. He wasn't in the books (I don't think) but that wasn't a bad addition.

I know its after the wedding is over and Kingsly sends his patronus that says that he is dead. Thats when the 3 start their journey.

Thats when the 3 start their journey. After they get word that Scrimgeour is dead, someone says that Death Eaters are on their way to the Burrow, THEN they go on their way. Maybe the wedding scene is going to be cut in the DH movie and they are having the Death Eaters come in HBP? I don't know, it's not making much sense to me either. Either way, it doesn't look like a bad scene.

I am very curios as to how they are going to fit it into the movie though.

July 14, 200917 yr Yes I ordered today. I'll be at the levee and definitely getting there early to see all the super diehard fans in full costume. Well, splitting DH into two movies will surely help with the "fitting in" of things. I didn't know it was being split into two movies?? Where are they ending the first one.

They decided to split it so that a bunch of stuff wouldn't be cut out. As of right now, DH part 1 will be out November 19th of 2010 and DH part 2 will be out July 15th of 2011.
July 14, 200917 yr I'll wait a few weeks until the next MUST SEE movie comes out. Then, Mrs. S and I will go on a Tuesday and watch this one in peace.
July 14, 200917 yr Just got my tickets. I got mine earlier as well, turns out I will be going to Maysville, maybe I will see you there.
July 14, 200917 yr Saw on TV tonight that people were already standing in line at the Newport levy at 6:00. My daughter and her friends are going to Florence at 10:00. I must be old. Cant think of any movie worth going in hours beforehand and having to fight a crowd to get to sit with my friends.
July 15, 200917 yr The split between the Deathly Hallows movie from what I read, is when Harry says Voldemort and all the snatchers appear outside their tent. I think that would be the best spot either that or when they reach Bills house and Dobby dies.
