I thought real hard about taking Marshall with my last pick but I just couldn't do it. I absolutely would have taken him though he if had been left to me with the next pick.

I can't complain about my draft...I seriously didn't expect Westbrook, Marshall or Gates to be available for any of the picks I used to get them.

 

There's risk, but at a certain point in the draft the risk isn't enough to outweigh the reward.

 

I think I got three potential studs in the 3rd, 4th and 5th rounds of a 16 team league with the 34th, 63rd and 66th picks.

 

You never know how things will turn out, but at this point, I'm very happy with my team. I landed two #1 RB's who are very strong in the receiving area with a nose for the end zone...two #1 WR's and a stud TE. That's not a bad way to fill 5 starting slots in a league this deep.

 

I wanted a QB, but the value just wasn't there for my pick. I had my eye on Matt Ryan and thought there was a chance I'd get him...but, to be honest, if I'd have had to choose between Marshall, Gates and Ryan, I'm not sure who'd I'd have gone with.

 

If I can avoid being ruined by injuries, I really like my chances. In the past, I've always tried to avoid "injury" risk guys for the most part and it doesn't seem to matter...they always seem to get me. So, I figure I may as well go for it this time.

I like Brady and Johnson a lot...a whole lot. I think Grant could bounce back strong...he was injured early last year (played through it), but he didn't look that good until later in the year. If he is healthy, he could be a stud.

 

With Harrison gone now, Clark could really blow up. He's also stayed fairly healthy the last couple of years...I probably wouldn't have had the nerve to pick him higher than 4th out of the TE's, but I wouldn't be shocked if he ended up being the top point producer at that position. I guess it depends on how much Anthony Gonzalez takes away and whether the Colts can find a decent #3...
