His Dad was pure hitter too on the 1980 Regional runnerups Lloyd Juggernauts. They got upset by Holy Cross that year, maybe his son can help pull off the upset in this years Finals...

If Isler pitches today, I'm almost giving them a free pass. New Cath won't put up more than a few runs.

I'm thinking CCH may elect to go with Nutini today, as I just don't see NCC having the pitching to stay with them. Talk about having a free pass - what if CCH still had Isler to go for the finals?

True. But I stated in another thread that a "free pass" into the finals would be key, especially when you have Nutini coming back to pitch. I think CC would still win with Nutini but if I were Krumps I would throw Isler and have a spot waiting in the finals.
