49th District: Clay, Jackson, Red Bird

Featured Replies

There have been no updates on the results from this tournament. What was the score of the Jackson County/Red Bird game? Who won? It was supposed to be played on Monday evening.

How did the championship game with Clay County play out? The final should have been played last night.

Jackson County beat Red Bird 1-0, Clay County beat North 20-10, and Clay beat Jackson in the 49th District final 9-2.

Sure, I actually just looked on the Scoreboard, I'm not even from that area!

I tried looking on the KHSAA site and it wasn't on there the last time I checked!

Who is Clay's best pitcher and are they in better shape pitching-wise than last year? Also, what position is Zach Lewis playing?

What happened to Oneida?

Jackson did not beat Red Bird. Red Bird dropped out before tournment started. Like always the 49th district is decided alot like the KY. lottery. The district should be represented by the best two teams, not one who wins the lottery draw.
