I have never seen Colligan or Williams playing the perimeter. Shelton can step out and hit a 3 so why not?

What kind of team will Walton be with their new coach at the helm? Any thoughts anyone? Do you think they will be in the mix?

 

Coach Trame will bring in a new system and a no nonsense approach. He will demand team play and not accept anything less. I think Walton will surprise alot of people and will be contending for the All A Regional title and win their district.

Colligan ranked in the top 5 state wide in field goal % this past season according to KHSAA stats.

Thats one out of three.

Shelton has averaged a double double the past 2 seasons.

As big as he is he should get the ball every time.

I watched Owen 6 or 7 times last year. there were times when the guards forgot Shelton and Colligan were on the floor.

Williams never took a shot outside of 6 feet last year. That makes 2 out of 3. Shelton led the team in 3 point field goal percentage so why is he not allowed to step out?

I saw him take the 3. did not know he led the team in %. Will all three bigs be on the floor at the same time next year

You could see all three at the same time. Coach Duvall did this a couple times last year playing Shelton at the 3.

I think Owens biggest problem will be getting the ball to the big men. They lose there whole backcourt dont they?

How about a Gallatin-Owen matchup in the first round of the All 'A' next January?:popcorn:
