Blew several opportunities but if you don't hit the ball when bases are loeaded you won't in many ball games.

Bottom line, Whiltey made the plays and Bell didn't. Looks like Ledington got it done again.

 

Remember it was AT BELL?!?!?!?! That kind of takes the officiating complaint out of play, in my opinion, I could see complaining if it was at Whitley.

I didn't say the umpire played favorites. I'm saying I heard they did a very poor job and that Bell County was affected more negatively than Whitley.

They have also won 12 of their last 14 games, including wins over South Laurel, Corbin and Bell Co. It doesn't matter that much how you start the season, only how you finish it.

Its funny how people HEAR that the officials are bad but who did they hear it from? Of course it is always a bias spectator. A win is a win, give the boys their due.

Maybe Bell Co. just "threw-off", for this big game?:idunno: Looks to me like Whitley Co. is playing really well at a good time, the first games of the season don't mean alot now.

I know that Greer threw Monday so he couldn't. It seems like the others stuggle at times.
