Here are the facts as you choose to ignore them.

 

Last season, Ledington took over a Bell County team which had a losing record. They got off to a slow start then won the region.

 

This season he took over a Whitley County team which had a losing record. They got off to a slow start, but now are 12-2 in their last 14 games including wins over South Laurel, Bell, and Corbin.

 

That is great coaching period.

 

Very true. Though not a fan of Whitley I have been very impressed with their grit, discipline, and determination. If he's not the district coach of the year then pigs fly.

I agree. I also am not a Whitley fan, but it is tough to ignore what Ledington has done and how much these kids have bought into what he is wanting and they are competing. The kids at Whitley always play hard, now it seems to be paying off.
