Who is the best Ky backcourt in the past 20 years, basically since 1990?

Heres a few really good ones:

Grutza and Lofton Mason Co.

Walls and Mackey Scott Co.

Green and Graham LexCath

Epps and Scott Marion Co.

Beckham and Hamilton Ballard

Rick Jones and A.W. Hamilton - Scott Co.

Faulkner/Faulkner/Ferguson - Elliott

Maurice "Mo" Morris / Jermaine Brown (Fairdale)

Missing the 20 year cutoff is...

Rex Chapman / Greg Baughn (Apollo)

David Graves and Roni Robinson - Franklin Co.

The best backcourt I played against in high school was Steve Asher and Antwan Henson from Clay Co. But neither went on to have good college careers and didn't really compete against the best competition.

I have two sets of guards in the 13th region in the early 90's that could play with any of these guys.

Michael Jones PG, Charles Thomas SG Harlan High School

Shannon Hoskins PG, Mark Smith SG Clay Co.

Charles Thomas and Michael Jones in the early 90's for Harlan High School.

I thought about them, but I wasn't sure about putting Charles Thomas as a back court player at the high school level. I'm sure you probably know more about them than me.

Help. I don't know who were the backcourt partners of Doss' Derek Anderson and Central's Anthony Grundy, but any backcourt they played in must be mentioned.

I keep going back to the 80's, but Keith Williams and Johnny "Duke" Miller of Seneca were a nationally acclaimed backcourt and Tony Kimbro was on that team.

All nice players, but Morris and Brown weren't in the backcourt for Fairdale. Carlos Turner played the point during their run in 90 and 91.

All nice one, two punches. But are they all backcourt guys at the hs level? At Mason for instance, neither Grutza nor Lofton played the point. And Elton Scott seemed more of a forward than guard at Marion.

What position did Jermaine Brown play for the Fairdale teams?

The Mason Co. fans can correct me, but I thought Grutza played some point. As for Elton Scott I didn't know what he played, but assumed he was a guard. Thanks for correcting me.

Maybe not best, but at least in the discussion:

Ty Proffitt and Jordan Hammonds at South Laurel

Jazz Neal and JuJuan Spillman at PRP

Bryan Turnage and Aaron Dunaway at Henry Clay
