If North gives the same effort they gave last night, it will be a MUCH different game than last time. They may not have all the horses that Corbin has, but they can make this a good game. The key is to just stay close and give yourself a shot towards the end.

 

It appeared that a parent/fan for KC was in a very heated argument with a KC assistant after the game and Coach Elam had to stand between them.

 

What was interesting was that it was such a close game the entire way, NL led slightly after 1, KC led slightly at the half, it was tied after 3, but the crowd did not really get into the game until the 4th quarter. Then it was a great atmosphere.

I saw that too MountainThunder. I know the parent but I had rather not post on here. It is a shame that adults act that way. They just make it harder and harder for Coaches to coach. I am sure it was over playing time. :irked:

The thing is, I thought KC played hard as well. Both teams were scrapping like crazy for 4 quarters. It was an exciting game. Like you said, if NL didn't hit the majority of their FT's down the stretch, and if Shears hadn't hit that huge 3 pointers, KC would be playing Corbin on Monday instead of NL.

I wonder why would he be going after an assistant if it was over playing time, Elam would decide who plays and who sits. Regardless, it should never happen.

I have no idea. There must have been other issues as well. I just hope it all works out for the kid's sake.

This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened. More than likely it will not be the last unfortunately

I don't believe it would have been a war Breeze. Corbin would have beaten Knox by 20. Give credit where credit is due, the Jaguars were the better team.
