What was the final score? Both of our losses came to the Magic and Wildcats and I felt the Wildcats were a little better. Do you know if either team is planning on going to the nationals?

With Nationals being local, I am pretty sure that the Wildcats will be there.

The Bulldogs are going if we can pick up another scorer or a really good point guard.

In the finals, Wildcats beat Magic 43-25 per the KBA website.

For 10U, both D1 and D2 are at the KBA in Lexington, July 13-19.

I am sure the Wildcats will be attending. Do you have to qualify for Nationals or is it open.

You have to qualify or be a host team. Since there were 12 10U teams, I belive the top 4 qualified for Nationals.

I know the Wildcat coach said they are going to D2 nationals. They looked good on Sunday but started off really slow on Saturday.

When it's hosted in Lexington they will take anyone who played that wants to go to the D2 nationals. I am a little suprised or disappointed that the Wildcats will not be trying their hand at D1 but I guess I understand. The talent level in D1 and D2 isn't much different after the top 10-15 teams. There are alot of teams in D2 trying to win it that could be top 10 teams in

d1.

I think we have committments from 2 more excellent players so the Albany Bulldogs could be a player in the D2 nationals. Sure hope we get another shot at the Wildcats, we were one player away in the state. We have added a point guard and another big kid, I hope we can win a few games.

This is not a shot at the NKY Wildcats but I think they know there is no way they could play D1 Nationals. The D1 teams have way to much size. I think the Wildcats will do very well in the D2 division..:thumb:

There is a team out of Indy called the NBA2B. They should be the front runner for the D1 nationals..

Where are all the 10u teams playing the next few weekends? Will baseball be slowing things down?
