I don't think anyone is looking past anything, especially McCreary. They know what is at risk, and after that Southwestern win, they just seem relaxed and composed.

I agree, LC isn't playing their best. However, they are still playing better ball than any team in the region. 8-2 in their last ten with a losses to Lex. Cath. and Southwestern. West Jess is also 8-2 in their last 10.

I just think McCreary is playing the best ball.

The Lincoln County loss to Soutwestern Pulaski came nearly a month ago (19 days ago). That was Lincolns worst game of the season that you are referencing coming off a huge rivalry Garrard County win at home the night before.

1. That was less than three weeks ago, not even close to a month.

2. The EXACT same thing was said about Lincoln's loss at Garrard - worst game of the season. How many "worst games of the season" can you have?

all I can say is everyone in the region better come ready to play because I know these young Raider men and they will pack their lunches and go to work and at the end of the day they will get the job done. Go get'em Raiders!

What I mean is that McCreary had not better look past East Jessamine to Lincoln County. I know McCreary beat them earlier, but this is another game with a much different atmosphere, one that McCreary has not saw for a few years.

 

What every other team should know about McCreary is they are not just Aaron Watts. Schrock(sp?), Dixon and Roark can all hurt you just as bad as Watts. They are long and atheletic and if you dont set the screens correctly then their length is going to cause alot of teams problems getting good looks. The key is like about like every other game, pressure the point guard ( Wright) and make him run for his life for 32 minutes and you beat McCreary, something Wayne did not do.

I beat you to it! I had them a while back but since it isn't in writing I will have to be along side you on the prediction. West over Lincoln Raiders in the finals! (I'm not going to cause a stir with the Patriots and Raiders!)
