I am usually on here, just a quiet poster. I love to read more than post.

I too am more of a reader than a poster. Not so quiet at the games though!

Boone has the toughest path of any #1 seed. Holmes has the easiest.

As far as the brackets go, I think this draw is almost as even as if they seeded. If this tournament were seeded, I see the seeds after districts being in order Boone, Holmes, NCC, Highlands, Ryle, Beechwood, St. Henry and Dixie. So you have the 1 and 4 seeds on one side of the bracket and the 2 and 3 seeds on the other side. It really could not have been a more fair draw based on that.

As a Holmes fan I will take this draw any day of the week, not saying anything bad about NCC, Ryle or Dixie, but whenever you can escape having to play Highlands and Boone it helps. I know NCC just beat Highlands and they are the higher seed but Highlands would have been as tough as a first round out as any. Boone in the finals will be a big one if they get there, but to be in that lower bracket and escape both of them early is a big relief. Not saying that Ryle in the first round or a potential match up with NCC or Dixie wont be games that Holmes could lose if they are not focused, just saying its not Highlands and Boone.

Great draw for the Bulldogs. I'm getting so pumped about another state run. UK can keep sucking for all I care, so as long as Holmes keeps winning in the postseason.
