Ram Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Jeremy Barr has become a beast for Raceland, I think he ended with 37 points, in two and a half quarters. He has had several great games. Boyles was Boyles. Barker had a good game as well. Darius Jackson has become a very good point guard and doing well. Everyone contributed for Raceland in the regular season finally. Keep working Boyd County there are brighter days ahead for this team and this program.
eccheer Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Congrats Raceland! Chalk another one up in the win column!
kentuckyron Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Good win for Raceland. Boyd: Keep your heads up and keep fighting.
sidelinedoc Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 I wasn't able to attend to see this offensive outburst for our Rams, but I want to say congrats! Good to hear that all things seem to be coming together at the right time.:thumb:
oldrambler Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 HUGE win for the Rams heading into the district! Great job Rams, Stay focued, work hard and go get a back to back 63rd district title! Good luck to Boyd in the future, I fully believe that your program will come back to where you want it to be.
sidelinedoc Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 I agree, OR, Boyd will return to prominence. There is too much history and pride to let it wain too much longer.
das1962 Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 As a Boyd County fan who has been to all but a couple of games this season, thank you for the words of encouragement to our boys. It has been a season full of changes and turmoil but our young players have hung in there and played with a "never say die" attitude. Here's hoping that the 08-09 season is a new beginning for the Lions! I'm proud of how hard they've worked through extreme adversity!

First of all, welcome to bgp das1962 and I believe what I said, Boyd has too much talent there and a history not to be back. Boyd players....stay positive, don't listen or pay attention to all the negativity and good things will happen for you in the future.:thumb:
