Harrison County definately favorite to win Region. Campbell, Scott , Brossart up in the air who will win the District. Districts at Scott this year. Scott will also be holding the Region this year.

BO CO has Lefty Ruppard and Frosh Mullins, Soph's Norman and Clark that have really worked in the off season, They also have a transfer from Sayre, Gaines. Harrison beat BO CO at home early last year but it wasn't a blow out they were ahead until the 4th inning. They beat Harrison summer team 2X this summer with Robertson on the mound, but I wouldn't put them in the top 2 of the 10th but they shouldn't be overlooked.

Well usually during summerball, you always have people out for vacations, and when your playing ur usually not in ur regular postions and you dont use your top pitchers. Its nothing like a season game that counts. You have summer ball to get better, you dont really compete. Bourbon co. beating Harrison in the summer, has nuthing to do what will happen in the season.

All scouts will tell you that that the scouting and college offers comes from summer ball. During the high school season there just isn't much time for it as they colleges are concentrating on their own season.

You are missing the point. Travel teams which is what you are talking about in Northern Ky. are different than a schools summer teams. Harrison uses their summer for their players and their players only, to get experience for mostly younger guys who did not participate that much the previous varsity season. Most travel teams are in it to get exposure for individuals; Harrison does it to develop the TEAM. And does Bourbon use only Bourbon kids? They used to get kids from all over! When all is said and done Harrison will be the team, hands down.

If it was competitive don't you think either Martin or Dailey would have pitched . I don't recall anyone playing there normal positions for most of the game . Coach Whitaker doesn't even coach summer ball games.

Well they were starting because they are also trying to get better. If you were paying attention to the summer ball games, You would of noticed that all three did not play in there normal positions most of the time.

He did manage a 15 year old team. But only 2 or 3 kids had much experience playing high school baseball. Just trying to give the young guys experience in tournament situation.

Enough about summer ball. Let's talk about the region.
