I never said it was COMPLETELY HARMLESS. Heck, candy is relatively harmless, but that doesn't mean that it is completely harmless. Same can be said for many things.

Not sure, but I would guess it is much less than cigarette smoking and alcohol abuse. I would also guess there are also many more cigarette smokers and people who abuse alcohol than there are people who smoke MJ.

You should take some time and actually look up some of the facts instead of being so knitpicky. I think you'd be shocked at the # of marijuana related deaths. Especially when they're compared to other substances.

Well, no real reason to research the facts now that HB20 has done it for us all.

 

I understand the counter-argument to marijuana legalization; however, I whole-heartedly disagree with it. The biggest factor in the anti-legalization argument is the fear of what may be. And that fear is driven by many myths & misunderstandings.

I have never denied that alcohol abuse or tobacco abuse does not cause more deaths. We are in complete agreement my friend. However, MJ is harmful. Maybe less harmful than illegal and legal drugs, but it is still harmful.

How can you say that, when HB just provided a link that says the # of marijuana related deaths are zero?

 

FWIW, I found it interesting that there are 7,600 Tylenol, Aspirin, etc. related deaths each year.

I agree that it is not healthy. I'll never argue that it is healthy; however, caffeine is not good for you either. Fast food, Alcohol, Nicotine, Tobacco, etc. are not good for you either.
