Some years the NIT is the way to go. I hope we can make it.

If USC can get in they can be dangerous. Outstanding veteran guard play has sent a lot of moderately ranked teams to the 2nd weekend...

Tennessee and UK!

 

UK has lost 3 straight, they lost to VMI, UNC waxed them, they beat Florida Atlantic by 7(Fla. Atlantic is 5-18).

 

Tennessee is the closest in the SEC, but even they don't have a shot.

Florida and Tennessee could make a little noise but not final four contenders by no means.

I'm still sold on Ole Miss, maybe not this year but Andy Kennedy has 2 of the top 4 freshman in the SEC this season who will compliment Warren, Huertas, and Polynice next season well.

Your point? It's going to upset a lot of people but UK will get in the tournament.

Florida, Tennnessee, USC all could make some solid runs IMO... gotta love Downey.
